Response Time

We will respond to your CCPA request within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We will not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf.

For requests submitted through an authorized agent, we may require:

  • • Verification of your identity directly with us
  • • Proof of the agent's identity
